Samantha Fuhrman-Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)Training, is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children.
Cathleen Bearse-“The Divine Tapestry: God’s Hand in Rewriting Our Stories”
Cathleen is a licensed clinical social worker and trauma informed therapsit. She is a foster and adoptive mother, and the author of, "Mental Health for Christians".

Let's learn to rise above by standing on the ROCK that is Jesus and help our children move the mountains in their lives.
As part of the mission of Hope Rising Up, we are determined to advocate for all children in care, their first families, foster and adoptive families, and all other players in the child's life. We do this through Days of Hope Conferences, trainings, and teaching tools. These all equip families to learn and grow.
Meet the Board!
Rachel Doyle is a biological, foster, and adoptive mother to
18 children . She, along with her husband Mike,
are the founders of
Fostering Hope Together,
which is a foster care and adoption ministry based out of
Dutchess County, New York.
Angela Paganelli is a biological, former foster mother, and adoptive mother. She is also a former foster youth. Along with her husband, Rick, they have founded Foster Blessings. Angela is the author of "Foster Blessings", "Tell Me Your Heart", and "How About You"? She is also the host of Fostering our Faith Podcast and creator of Foster Blessings Blog, and Fostering Conversations Virtual Support Group.
Rick Paganelli, Chief Financial Officer, is a biological, former foster and current adoptive father to 7 children. He is the co-founder of Foster Blessings.
Barbara Vorel Secretary, is an adoptive mother and former foster mother.
She has been a special
education teacher for over 20 years. She is the founder of Mom’s Place 4 Grace and the author of “Mom’s Place 4 Grace”.
Marybeth Gilkson Chair, is an adoptive mother
and foster mother.
She has a Bachelors in Psychology, and a Masters in Arts in Human Services with a Concentration in At-Risk Children and Families
